Powder coating using the duplex process
Powder coating is our most popular option. This is the option you should choose if you want very high corrosion protection with a particularly attractive appearance. With this option, the material is blasted, zinc phosphated, and given a final coat in anthracite (duplex system).
With powder coating, special colors can also be realized according to your individual requirements.

Hot-dip galvanizing
During hot-dip galvanizing, the finished product is immersed in molten zinc (450° Celsius). This creates an alloy layer of iron and zinc that provides long-term protection against the elements. This gives the item its rustic, matte silver color.

- Modern silver-gray look
- Environmentally friendly process
Uncoated (pig iron / patina)
If you want to save money by doing the work yourself, you can order the raw material and apply a simple surface treatment yourself. We recommend using protective metal paint from a hardware store (e.g., Hammerite). The “uncoated” option is also suitable if you want your fence or gate to develop a romantic, antique patina over time.
